Repeated, rule-based workflows with clear inputs, decisions, exceptions, and outputs are the best candidates. A workflow audit determines whether automation is justified.
Can you work with existing Excel files?
Yes. Existing workbooks can remain part of the workflow when they are the right interface. The system can validate, consolidate, and generate them more reliably.
Do you build one-off tools or maintained systems?
Both. The delivery model should reflect business criticality, change frequency, ownership, and the level of support the process requires.
How long does a typical project take?
Small, well-defined automations may take days; multi-system workflows take longer. A discovery phase produces a realistic scope and delivery plan.
Can you work with confidential data?
